Job Description / Responsibilities
- Reach out to assigned leads within 18 hours through phone calls or emails upon lead assignment.
- Book daily meetings via CRM ‘Meetings’ with Key Account Manager in copy.
- Actively participate in SCRUM, Product knowledge, and Training schedules.
- Take part in Monthly Open-Day activities as needed.
- Devise innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans to meet sales targets.
- Mail leads for all programs/products.
- Provide professional clarifications to student queries.
- Engage with prospective students via phone calls and email responses.
- Send strategic and targeted emails to prospective students.
- Follow up with students through various channels (meetings, live chat, phone, email).
- Advise students on programs, registration, selection processes, admission procedure, and costs.
- Assist in guiding prospects through recruitment activities and information sessions.
- Request necessary admission documents from students.
- Analyze applications based on admission policies.
- Create admissions documents.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with prospects.
- Evaluate applicants’ qualifications and objectives during interviews.
- Monitor and follow up on student fee payments and plans.
- Schedule meetings with prospective students.
- Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and feedback.
- Provide campus tours and general information sessions to applicants.
- Review student applications and refer them to appropriate department supervisors if needed.
- Coordinate with the Didactic and Administration office on student enrollments.
- Record feedback from outbound and inbound sales calls.
- Compile daily reports for Sales and Admissions Manager and Country Director.
- Report on KPIs to the administration office when required.
- Segment and manage leads in targeted categories.
- Be accountable for all leads.
- Assist in organizing sales and admission events or strategies.
- Perform duties assigned by Key Account Managers and Line Manager.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, admissions, or customer engagement roles is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (phone calls, emails, live chat).
- Ability to strategize and innovate in communication and enrollment.
