Job Descriptions:
- Deploying development initiatives to deliver multiple revenue streams for Nairametrics by maximizing all our product offerings (sponsored posts, executive couch, display ads, outreach event, radio sponsorship)
- Executing identified and agreed revenue generation activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, providing status updates across all initiatives.
- Collaborating effectively with a best-in-class team of IT administrators and Digital Media for optimal product branding.
- Developing bespoke financial media partnership products to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Tracking sales leads and proactively closing outstanding deals to drive revenue growth.
- Identifying and opening new sales channels while effectively managing existing channels to maximize sales potential.
- Growing sales across all channels through strategic planning and execution.
- Creating templates for decks and proposals to streamline the sales pipeline process.
- Managing the Nairametrics brand and implementing strategies to enhance brand equity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years of experience
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Expertise in digital marketing tactics and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
