Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000/month

Job description

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients across various industries.
  • This role requires a unique blend of skills in identifying and closing sales opportunities, building lasting relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring that sales targets and performance metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to representatives, helping them develop their skills and improve their performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual team members, providing regular feedback and guidance on areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to optimize team performance and achieve desired results.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, targeting both new and existing clients across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and target market segments to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations, addressing the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and data
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress, market insights, and industry trends to company leadership.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/Bsc in Business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing businesses.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the target industry and its key players is highly desirable
