JOB OBJECTIVE:

  • To develop and drive SYNLAB sales strategy
  • To increase market share
  • To ensure increase sales to drive business profitability.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To increase revenue for the company and achieve patient number target
  • To manage existing clients within assigned territory
  • To ensure adherence to business plan by retaining and increasing client number
  • To aggressively sell the company’s services and ensure increased business/patronage from clients (existing and new) within assigned territory
  • To ensure retention of clients within assigned territory
  • To attend to routine and non-routine client requests in accordance with SOP’s
  • To maintain customers SLA and ensure client satisfaction / resolve all client related issues
  • To ensure laboratory consumables are readily available at hospitals – requisition forms, sample collection bottles and sample collection bags
  • To distribute brand collateral to clients; this includes leaflets, fliers, corporate gift items
  • To coordinate and participate in brand building efforts and community engagements (presentations, Health Screening) as required
  • To implement and monitor loyalty programs for Clients
  • To conduct monthly customer survey
  • To generate daily/weekly/quarterly review and report on sales activities
  • To develop implement and maintain a strategic database for clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • BSc/HND in Science related discipline.
  • Professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • At least 2 – 5 years’ cognate experience
  • Solid knowledge of sales management
  • Must have experience creating sales plans from scratch.
  • Capability to work as part of a group and on own plan.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
