Sales Growth and Customer Relations Manager at HiiT Plc

Role Summary

Responsible for Sales Growth and Customer Relations Management functions at Territory level.

Key Accountabilities:

Sales Growth Functions:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies towards the actualization of Territory’s Marketing and sales Goals/Objectives.
  • Manage lead generation, prospects engagement and conversion process (sales)in order to achieve at least 75% of the Territory’s Sales Target.

Customer Relations Management Functions:

  • Manage CRM functions.
  • Continuous improvement and implementation of best practices in the engagement of Prospects and Customers in order to sustain Brand reputation at Territory level.

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy.
  • Must possess Marketing/Sales Skills.
  • At least intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent work ethics and Integrity.
  • Creativity and problem-solving Skills.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field with at least 2/2 from an approved Tertiary Institution.
  • A minimum of 2-year proven experience inMarketing and Customer Relations Managementin a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience as a call center agent in an organization is a plus.
  • Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector.
