Sales/Key Account Manager at Merit Telecoms

Salary Range: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000/month

Job Details

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, engineering etc.)
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management and/or board of Directors
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
  • Lead response to Bids, Tenders, RFQ, RFP, and clients’ inquiries
  • Driving continuous business improvement
  • Prepares business presentations and proposals
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage new business innovations
  • Provide technical innovation learning management systems to enhance engineering team knowledge base support
  • Manage the planning and development of innovative solutions that create efficiencies, improve client experiences, provide market differentiation, or make new revenue streams

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Minimum of 8 years post NYSC experience as Sales, Key Account or Marketing Manager  in Telecoms Industry
