- Market mapping of the B2B segment
- Identifying key players and markets. Defining the addressable space for ofi in this segment
- Set up a sales network to effectively address customer needs in the B2B segment
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with big distributors.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Forecasting and analysis of business/market trends
- Undertake research activities and liaise with product development team to identify new product opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a managerial capacity within the FMCG.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation.
- Experience in managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Analytical skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financials.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and willingness to learn new sales methodologies.
