Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Strong understanding of logistics services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
