Sales Manager at AMG Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.
  • Strong understanding of logistics services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
