Job Summary

  • In this position, you’ll work with the Head of Sales to increase the enrollee number on current customers and increase the clients in all sales channel by 100% through pitching, presentations and leads generations.
  • You would also ensure that sales executives/officers are productive and demonstrate high sales performance to meet customer acquisition and revenue targets.

Job Objectives

  • Hit individual sales targets.
  • Generate ‘sales qualified leads’ consistently.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base.
  • Report weekly sales activities/leads to the Head of Sales and regularly update the company’s Sales CRM tool.

Key Accountabilities

  • Set and achieve sales targets for the team or individual sales representatives, ensuring overall revenue goals are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and programs that align with the overall business objectives Regularly assess the performance of sales representatives, analyze sales metrics, and provide constructive feedback to improve results
  • Work with finance and other relevant departments to create accurate sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall company financial goals
  • Implement and manage a CRM system to track customer interactions, sales activities, and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

Minimum Educational Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification.
  • Certification in sales management course, MBA is an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working with B2B including extensive experience in Business development, revenue generation, growth, and Nigerian market.
  • B2B sales experience in the SaaS industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in consistently meeting or exceeding targets in previous employment.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and sales expertise.
  • Good Knowledge of HubSpot and Microsoft office tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
  • Vast sales experience in Nigeria’s South West and Northern regions is greatly desired.
