Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s business goals.

Sales Execution:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiation and contract management.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing coaching and support.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Develop long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and explore new market opportunities within Nigeria and potentially in other regions.
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets, including product positioning, pricing, and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns that drive product awareness and sales.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance analysis, and market insights.

Compliance and Safety:
