Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager – IKA located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
  • As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales for IKA within the region.
  • Your day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.
  • You will also lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of the scientific industry, particularly in the IKA related products
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
