Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager – IKA located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales for IKA within the region.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.
- You will also lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Knowledge of the scientific industry, particularly in the IKA related products
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
