Who are you?
- You’ll drive our growth, sales and customer relationship management efforts of our e-logistics operations business in terms of clearing & forwarding, transportation, distribution and port related business.
- You have very good knowledge of logistics operations for large conglomerates and would leverage on your network to secure and manage customers.

You Will
- Achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual Sales target
- Generate leads and secure deals for our operations business (Clearing, Transportation, Distribution and other Port related business).
- Lead client meetings and all negotiations.
- Responsibility for pricing of each project and getting approval from Director Commercial / Executive Committee
- Review all legal contracts and negotiate with client (legal team to support)
- Ensure 100% adherence with BD policy and proper approval of exceptions, if any
- Keep an ear to the ground and collect high quality information on competitors
- Provide information for specific customer and/or market risks – adopt and follow the Kobo 360 risk framework
- Lead and manage relationships with senior and mid level clients
- Build new relationships and leverage to win new business
- Lead and manage related Industry relationships which can help Kobo 360 win business
We’re looking for someone who has
- 5 -7 years’ experience in Sales focused on logistics operations or large consumer-oriented brands.
- Track record of success in generating new business.
- Quick, outside-the-box thinking with strong problem-solving skills; ability to comprehend and communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly.
- Great communication & negotiation skills
- Innate interpersonal skills; collaborative customer-first focus, adaptable, comfortable with change
