Sales Representative at KIA Motors

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve designated sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups
  • Provide timely feedback on competitor activities
  • Actively engage in sales promotions and marketing activities in collaboration with marketing executives
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to established price policies
  • Update and maintain the customer database
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming sales inquiries
  • Follow up with existing customers to generate referral prospects
  • Demonstrate product strengths and avoid discounting
  • Ensure timely delivery of all vehicles as promised
  • Handle customer complaints and respond promptly to feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in the same field, with a background in automobile sales
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for sales
  • Awareness of market trends and intelligence
  • In-depth knowledge of the automobile industry in Nigeria
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed personality
  • Strong communication skills
