Who We’re Looking for:
- Experienced sales professionals with at least 3+ years in the power generation sector or a related one.
- Proven success in selling power products ( Gen Sets, transformer etc).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers for high-value powerproducts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Sales/Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the power generation or energy sectors
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high sales targets and manage large accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the power/energy market and product knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales success.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record with product sales of N1 million and above.
