Sales Representative at Mikano

  • Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of achieving high sales targets? Do you have interest in the power generation sector? If yes, we want to hear from you!

Who We’re Looking for:

  • Experienced sales professionals with at least 3+ years in the power generation sector or a related one.
  • Proven success in selling power products ( Gen Sets, transformer etc).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers for high-value powerproducts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Sales/Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the power generation or energy sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high sales targets and manage large accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the power/energy market and product knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales success.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record with product sales of N1 million and above.
