Sanwo-Olu reveals Law enforcement officers in Lagos will now use body camera

The Lagos State Governor,  Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday said that law enforcement officers in the state will now make use of body cameras in the course of their duties.

The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Gboyega Akosile, who disclosed this via his Twitter page noted that Sanwo-Olu said this at an event where he announced the role out of the plan.

According to Akosile, the Governor said the officers will be trained by the Law Enforcement Training Institute.

“FLASH: Governor of Lagos State, Mr @jidesanwoolu today rolls out the plan to train Lagos State Law Enforcement Agents on the use of Body Worn Cameras under the Lagos State Law Enforcement Training Institute (LETI),” Akosile tweeted.
