Position Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Administrator to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our school.
- The School Administrator will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating school activities, and supporting the overall educational environment.
- The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily school operations and ensure a safe, organized, and positive environment.
- Manage administrative duties, including record-keeping, staff scheduling, and student admissions.
- Collaborate with the school leadership team to implement policies and initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates.
- Support teachers and staff in coordinating school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in school administration.
- Manage the school’s financial and budgeting processes in collaboration with the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in school administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
