Segun Odunmbaku Visits Oba of Aguda on Redevelopment of Eweobaja Market

The Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Hon Segun Odunmbaku today visited his Royal Majesty, the Alaguda of Aguda Ogba, Oba Hakeem Agbaosi (Eweobaja 1) at his palace in Aguda Ogba as part of stakeholders engagement on plans by his administration to redevelop Eweobaja Market.

Hon. Segun Odunmbaku in his speech to the highly revered monarch praised Oba Hakeem Agbaosi Eweobaja 1 for his lofty advice and fatherly guidance to his administration since assumption of office explained to him and his council of chiefs on the Eweobaja Market redevelopment by his administration and promised not to displace any legal allotee by ensuring that they get first consideration in the allocation of the redeveloped market which the design and plan was masterfully presented and elucidated by the Supervisor For Works and Infrastructure, Hon Bode Olaniyan to the admiration and impression of those present.

Hon. Bode Olaniyan in his presentations said the market redevelopment was conceptualized to modernize the facilities of trade and commerce for convenience of residents and socioeconomic development of Ojodu LCDA in line with the Social and Infrastructural Development plans of the the Olusegun Odunmbaku administration’s H.E.Y.S Agenda while the consultation was to seek input of the traditional leader and his council as major stakeholders and for approval as custodian of the community.

His Royal Highness, Oba Hakeem Agbaosi and his council of chiefs appreciated Hon Segun Odunmbaku for his illustrious antecedence and industrious achievements in office while commending his consultations and consensus perspective to governance which is unprecedented and excellent, they also prayed that his administration would record more success and attain great strides for the people of Ojodu LCDA.

At the meeting are the SLG, Hon. Olaide John Bello, Council Legal Officer, Mr Afolabi Kalejaiye and Chieftaincy Officer, Olusesi Olawale Johnson, CDA and market leaders.
