Job Description
- Primary lead on sales and marketing behind the company’s professional and data center services. Lead company’s technical operations, business development, general administration, business, and project planning.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create smooth and efficient workflows; maintaining follow-through and timely action to ensure they meet deadlines, set forth by executive management
- Manage relationships with various businesses to meet business goals.
- Create targeted business development and marketing strategies.
- Handle Government Relations and Corporate Affairs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to executive mmanagement team.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Develop documentations, work flows, process flow to smooth operations if required.
- Provide special project leadership and support as needed.
- Establish best-practice methodologies based on metrics-based KPIs for incident/change/problem management in a 24×7, high-availability, critical production environment
- Strong understanding of budgets and financials, and measuring business value with the ability to manage projects to budgets
- Mentor, manage and motivate a high-performing team of managers and engineering professionals and set clear priorities to achieve department goals and KPIs
- Manage oversight of complex network operations processes based on a combination of vendors, custom solutions, and internal resources.
- Support adoption of new technologies and tools, and recommend capability improvements to network and security operations.
- Analyze network from a cost, capacity, and forecast perspective, and evaluate new network operations technologies and applications.
- Work closely with all departments to proactively ensure network operations capabilities are capable of handling emerging and future business requirements.
- Ensure service-level targets are met, and address all service-level complaints.
- Provide subject matter expertise in interactions with partners and customers, program manage collaboration projects externally and internally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required. IT, Business IT, Network, Telecommunications
- MBA would be plus.
- Knowledge of Telecom/ISP business, related technologies, business planning.
- Experience in Telecommunications or IT Professional Services would be preferred.
- Motivated professional, organized, ability to write well, and have an effective time management.
- Strong Leadership and Initiative Skill.
- Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Excellent market communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
