Purpose of Job
- To Perform the Roles & Responsibility as Head of Bottling/Packaging
Functionally reports to: General Manager-Manufacturing
Working Arrangement: On-site
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan production and dispatches on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis according to forecast/budget
- Ensure line efficiencies, wastage control and adherence to Quality Norms
- Facilitate OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Adhere to preventive maintenance plan
- Conduct the annual line budgeting exercise
- Adherence and implementation of all applicable statutory compliances for bottling of products
- Facilitate manufacturing excellence and ensuring adherence to all SOPs
- Ensure team management & development
Job Requirements
- Bachelors of Engineering or related discipline
- 12+ years of working experience within the Bottling/Packaging Industry
- Experience within the manufacturing excellence environment
- Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing practices
- Good understanding of ERP Systems especially SAP
