Role and Responsibilities
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for lead generation
- Preparing proposals and presentation to address customer need and concern
- Execute business plans in order to maximize business volume and profitability
- Provide feedback and address business issues affecting the performance of the relationship/portfolio with relevant personnel
- Communicate new products and business trends collected on the field
- Recommend pricing strategy for approval with supporting business case to include commentary on account profitability, competitive environment and portfolio performance
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals (volumes, margins) and targets to accounts and tracking the performance.
- End to end tracking of commercial customer’s orders from receipt to delivery by close coordination with customer care and operations.
- Coordinating appropriate and timely response to customer complaints and concerns to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Creating brand awareness
- Market intelligence to enable decision in product specifications, pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Maintaining Commercial & Industry Client Records
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Participate in the Tendering Process.
- Any other assignment from Management.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related field.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills
- Brilliant presentation skills
- Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- 2- 5 years experience in industrial or B to B sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and power point
