Job Description

We are seeking a highly an experienced Senior Store Supervisor who would play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the store.

  • This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and lead store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and manage stock rotation.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure attractive and appealing store displays.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure store performance.
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve overall store profitability.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in store, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
