Service Advisor at KIA Motors

Job Summary

  • Perform all activities related to the inspection of incoming vehicles for repair and service operations in addition to recording customer concerns.
  • Communicate and coordinate with workshop and other divisions in order to process customer inquiries and to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech/HND in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience as Service Adviser in Automobile Industry.
