United Geophysical (Nigeria) Limited is seeking to engage an experienced shipping manager with a practical knowledge of international shipping by Air and Sea for our operations in Nigeria.
Qualification/Requirement
- A minimum of Second-Class University Degree in any related field
- In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
- Extensive budgeting and reporting experience.
- Knowledge of shipping industry regulations.
- Importation and exportation of equipment by air and sea.
- Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Liaising with suppliers from the purchase of equipment to shipping and delivery of equipment.
- Customs clearance for all items coming into and out of the country
- Coordinating transportation for the dispatch of equipment to the crews
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
