Six Liverpool makes Champions League Team

Six players from Liverpool have been selected in the UEFA’s Champions League squad of the season.

Four of Jurgen Klopp’s back five have been included, with Alisson, Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson all making the cut. Georginio Wijnaldum and Sadio Mane, whose goals helped Liverpool reach the final, were also selected.

Runners-up Tottenham have Jan Vertonghen, Moussa Sissoko and Lucas Moura in the squad, with just Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling chosen from Premier League winners Manchester City.
