Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate comments on social media posts, intervening as appropriate to answer questions and guide the conversation.
- Produce and develop high-impact social media content – including graphics, videos and other multimedia formats – that effectively informs and engages external audiences.
- Analyze social media metrics to gauge reach, engagement and other performance measures for social media posts, accounts and campaigns, helping to inform results-based decision making and drive the effective use of resources.
- Managing social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies, increasing engagement and followers, and responding to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
- Analyzing web traffic and relevant community metrics, and providing feedback to the team.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure brand consistency, staying up-to-date with industry and digital trends, and finding new marketing opportunities to promote company offerings.
- Creating and publishing content for company websites, blogs, and social media platforms
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications.
- Must have a high social media presence and very active on social media platforms.
