Social Media/Community Manager at Corporate World Wear

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and moderate comments on social media posts, intervening as appropriate to answer questions and guide the conversation.
  • Produce and develop high-impact social media content – including graphics, videos and other multimedia formats – that effectively informs and engages external audiences.
  • Analyze social media metrics to gauge reach, engagement and other performance measures for social media posts, accounts and campaigns, helping to inform results-based decision making and drive the effective use of resources.
  • Managing social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies, increasing engagement and followers, and responding to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
  • Analyzing web traffic and relevant community metrics, and providing feedback to the team.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure brand consistency, staying up-to-date with industry and digital trends, and finding new marketing opportunities to promote company offerings.
  • Creating and publishing content for company websites, blogs, and social media platforms

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communications.
  • Must have a high social media presence and very active on social media platforms.
