- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, inquiries, and messages promptly, and engage with our audience in a personable and authentic manner.
- Be a brand ambassador, maintaining brand messaging and voice across all social media platforms, and upholding brand values in all interactions.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track the performance of content and campaigns, and use datadriven insights to optimize content strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve our social media approach.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (Certifications in Social Media Marketing are a plus.)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills to create engaging and shareable social media content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and generate insights.
- Strong community management skills with a customer-centric approach to build and nurture relationships with our audience.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for content optimization.
