Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Strategically schedule and publish social media posts across various platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance to our marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, inquiries, and messages promptly, and engage with our audience in a personable and authentic manner.
  • Be a brand ambassador, maintaining brand messaging and voice across all social media platforms, and upholding brand values in all interactions.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track the performance of content and campaigns, and use datadriven insights to optimize content strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve our social media approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (Certifications in Social Media Marketing are a plus.)
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills to create engaging and shareable social media content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and generate insights.
  • Strong community management skills with a customer-centric approach to build and nurture relationships with our audience.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for content optimization.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for content creation and a drive to explore new ideas and formats.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media channels effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely content posting and response to comments.
