The Vacant Designation
1. Staff Midwives.
2. Staff Nurse Midwives
Applicants MUST have the right qualifications and current annual practising licences.

NOTE
1. Applications must:
A. Be hand written and signed by applicants With Phone numbers and Email address.
B. Have attached to it photocopies of the following documents
I. Certificate of Graduation from approved. Training institution as applicable
(University, School of Nursing and Midwifery)
II. Current 2022 annual practicing licence from the appropriate federal government regulatory bodies (MDCN, NNMCN, Registration Boards for School Health Technology professionals etc)
III. After submission to the Office of Council Manager, get the copy stamped. Then make *Photocopies of the stamped copy of the applications with certificates/licence* be submitted to the Office of The Medical Officer of Healh, Ojodu LCDA.
