- Pricing/forecasting the cost of different materials
- Prepare documents, bills, and documents.
- Track changes in designs and other constructions.
- Liaise with contractors.
- Pay subcontractors
- Write reports, etc.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying or any related course.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in construction management or any related field.
- Related Professional courses will be an added advantage.
