Accountabilities:
- Production Scheduling such as : Short term production scheduling, Mid/ long term production scheduling, Inter-company scheduling and shipments
- Planning within the business such as : Copack planning, Capacity planning, Innovation including Ramp Up Planning, Ways of working/ relationship improvement with suppliers
- Analysis of data such as : Root cause analysis
- Management of a selection of business areas : Process improvements, Masterdata set up, Obsoletes Management, Customer service risk management, Inventory management, Inventory optimisation
- Material planning such as : Ordering/ calling off materials, Issuing forecasts to material suppliers, Process improvements to improve material resilience, Factory clearance and pallet replenishment
Key Skills :
- Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced supply planning environment
- Minimum 5 GCSEs including English and Maths Grade A-C or equivalent
- Level 3 qualification: either A levels, NVQ/SVQ Level 3, or a BTEC National
- Problem Solving and analytical ways of thinking
- Understanding and interpretation of data
- Computer Literacy including Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Prioritisation skills for workload
- Customer/ consumer focused mind set for constant development and data analysis
