Jeffrey Epstein was alone in his prison cell the night of his death, federal prosecutors said on Tuesday, casting doubt on the notion that the disgraced money man and sex offender was murdered.

Prosecutors said security camera footage showed Epstein, 66, who was found dead in his Manhattan federal prison cell this past August, was alone in his cell the night officials said he killed himself.

In an exclusive interview on “Fox & Friends” last month, pioneering forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden revealed Epstein’s body bore telltale signs of homicide, despite the official ruling that he had killed himself.

The bombshell claim by Baden, a former New York City medical examiner who has worked on high-profile cases during a five-decade medical career, reignited suspicions that surfaced immediately after Epstein, who was awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges involving underage girls, was discovered dead in his cell on Aug. 10.

New York City Medical Examiner Barbara Sampson ruled Epstein’s cause of death to be a suicide by hanging.

In announcing a case against two guards accused of falsifying records, prosecutors said Tuesday that video surveillance showed that nobody had entered the area housing Epstein.

Baden, the pathologist hired by Epstein’s brother to investigate his death, said he still was not convinced and wanted to know more from guards about the position of Epstein’s body when he was found.

Mark Epstein, Jeffrey’s next of kin, had hired Baden to perform an independent investigation because the family wasn’t getting answers, the pathologist told Fox News.

Last month, Baden, who observed the autopsy, told Fox News its findings were more consistent with homicidal strangulation than suicidal hanging. He noted that Epstein had two fractures on the left and right sides of his larynx, specifically the thyroid cartilage or Adam’s apple, as well as one fracture on the left hyoid bone above the Adam’s apple, Baden said.

“Those three fractures are extremely unusual in suicidal hangings and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation,” Baden, who is also a Fox News contributor, said at the time.

Baden previously had probed cases involving O.J. Simpson, President John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, record producer Phil Spector, New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez and many others.

“I’ve not seen in 50 years where that occurred in a suicidal hanging case,” the 85-year-old medical legend said.

There were also hemorrhages in Epstein’s eyes that were common in homicidal strangulation and uncommon, though not unheard of, in suicidal hangings, the forensic pathologist said.

Former Texas reporter and blogger Chad Dodge lost more than 200 pounds to answer his “calling” and become a deputy at the Montgomery County Constables Office.

Dodge’s passion for law enforcement sparked when he was covering a story at the Montgomery County Police Academy a few years ago.

Appearing on “Fox & Friends” Thursday, he told host Ainsley Earhardt: “Just covering a lot of stories about law enforcement and becoming friends with a lot of law enforcement agencies and their workers. And, I realized that that’s what I wanted to do. It was a calling.”

According to Fox 26, by the next class Dodge was in training for the Citizens Police Academy. Dodge graduated, underwent gastric bypass surgery, and started to diet and work out.

At that point, he couldn’t do a sit-up or a push-up.

“I had something I needed to do, wanted to do, had to do,” he told Earhardt.

On Tuesday morning, Deputy Dodge was sworn in and started his patrol duties that evening.

He encouraged those looking to undergo a similar transformation “keep going” and reach for their goals.

“I really am just learning, because I have no experience in law enforcement beforehand,” he explained. “So, it’s all fresh to me. Even at 42 years old learning something new is exciting.”

A simple request for beer money on TV has ended up turning into a massive fundraising haul — reaching more than $800,000 for a children’s hospital in Iowa.

Football fan Carson King was at ESPN’s College Game Day when he held up a sign asking for enough money to cover a case of beer, and displaying his username on the payment app Venmo. After he received a flood of donations into his Venmo account, he decided to take that money — along with matching donations from Anheuser Busch and Venmo — and donate it to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.

On Saturday, he told “Fox & Friends” he had accumulated more than $800,000 for charity. “So, right now, with matched contributions, we’re over $822,000,” he said.

Before receiving the influx of cash, King admitted his mother wasn’t too impressed about his stunt. King, on Saturday, said she was initially hesitant about him requesting beer money on national television.

When hecklers targeted Celeste Barber for her defense of the Pledge of Allegiance during a board meeting at a California community college, the former professor pursued the cause further with a civil rights violation lawsuit and appeared on Fox News to explain her position.

The former adjunct professor at Santa Barbara City College told “Fox & Friends”: “What brought us to this point is the college thus far has refused to acknowledge that my civil rights were violated that day and that nobody stood up to defend me and, more importantly, to defend the First Amendment of the Constitution.”

The Santa Barbara City College Board of Trustees decided to remove the pledge because of its “history and symbolism.” After much backlash, they reversed the decision.

One of the individuals heckling Barber was a colleague.

“I don’t know her personally,” Barber said. “She was a professor in the chemistry department and she just started yelling, screaming within about 30 minutes of me standing up there, simply explaining why I wanted the Pledge of Allegiance reinstated. I wanted the right to say the pledge at a public meeting.”

The Pledge of Allegiance has since been reinstated due to a “vocal group” of “veterans, ordinary citizens, and retirees” who were “incensed” that Barber was assaulted for defending the Pledge of Allegiance.

“It’s just a joy to see,” Barber said. Among those defending the pledge was actor Rob Lowe, who spoke out against the removal, saying he was “humiliated” by the board’s initial decision, which he called “idiocy.”

Barber went on to say that the violation of her First Amendment rights, as well as her right to attend and participate in meetings of local legislative bodies, also known as the Brown Act, “goes against everything this country stands for.”

A strengthening Hurricane Dorian is churning over the warm, open waters of the Atlantic on Thursday as forecasts show the storm becoming more dangerous in its path to Florida’s east coast — a track that’s prompted President Trump to warn Dorian “will be BIG!”

The National Hurricane Center said, as of 11 a.m.EDT, that Dorian is a Category 1 storm with sustained winds near 85 mph and it is moving northwest at 13 mph. It was located about 220 miles north-northwest of San Juan, Puerto Rico, NHC said.

Forecasters believe the storm will strengthen into a dangerous Category 3 hurricane by Friday, staying well east of the southern and central Bahamas before making a turn toward Florida by Sunday afternoon.

At that time, the latest NHC forecast is for the storm to be a Category 4 storm as it approaches Florida.

“Hurricane Dorian looks like it will be hitting Florida late Sunday night,” Trump tweeted Thursday morning. “Be prepared and please follow State and Federal instructions, it will be a very big Hurricane, perhaps one of the biggest!”

Dorian is still “a long ways away” from eventually hitting the Florida coast, which gives residents across the area “plenty of time” to prepare, according to Fox News meteorologist Adam Klotz.

“No matter where this ultimately goes, it does look like it’s going to land along the Florida coast but it’s running over warm water and it’s going to continue to intensify,” Klotz said on “Fox & Friends.”

Some Democrats are startint to use terminology very unique to conservatives in order to highlight their policies, according to pollster Frank Luntz.

Republicans must create a strong and relevant message to fight this new development if they truly want to emerge victors in future elections, Luntz claimed Friday on “The Ingraham Angle.”

“My concern is that the Democrats are using — sometimes — language of the right as a way to push policies of the left,” he said.

“And conservatives have to be careful about that. You use softer, gentler, kinder words to push things that are about either government control or government giveaways, and the conservatives need to have a message — they need to have an answer to that.”

Luntz was responding to a montage of 2020 Democratic candidates claiming health care is a “human right.”

To that extent, Ingraham added a conservative analyst once explained, if something “is a human right, you don’t have to debate it anymore.”

“So, if it’s a ‘human right,’ there’s no debate, you have to give it to them,” she added, characterizing the idea.

Luntz expressed agreement, adding that if a person is against certain policy proposals in that regard they can be painted as, “cruel and inhumane.”

In regard to the idea of Medicare-for-all, Fox News medical contributor Dr. Marc Siegel claimed recently on “Fox & Friends” the platform will not resonate with voters in the end.

Voters will turn away from candidates pushing the idea in the end and claims the plan will improve access to quality health care are unfounded, Siegel said last month.

“I think it’s a campaign slogan. I don’t think it’s ever going to happen. They will self-destruct by getting behind it,” he claimed.

“I can’t believe they are making it a campaign issue. It’s so unpopular.”
