The post Court postpones judgment on Governor Ayade’s defection first appeared on InsideOjodu.]]> Judgement in a lawsuit seeking to sack the Cross River Governor, Ben Ayande and his Deputy, Ivara Esu‏ over their defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been postponed by a federal high court in Abuja till April 6.

Justice Taiwo Taiwo had earlier scheduled ruling on the case for March 25, 2022.

However judgment on the suit marked: FHC/ABI/CS/975/2021, filed by the PDP, with INEC, Ayade, Esu and APC as defendants, has been rescheduled for April 6.
