In an interview with Ebuka, Khafi said she really likes Gedoni and that she feels a level of peace whenever she was around him.

She said “I felt such peace around him. I didn’t think I couldn’t be myself around him. We did not have sex. You know sex is a natural thing. If I did, I would actually say that’s what happened. I wouldn’t want to be given the penalisation or punishments for things I didn’t do. I just feel like in the house, everything is so intense so where you will get to in a relationship over three months seeing somebody and been on a date with them is like a week in the house. The intensity seeing everybody when you wake up and when you go to sleep. I think it was after the eviction in the first week, after we were almost up that’s when our bond really grew”

News Agency of Nigeria reports that although Khafi escaped the initial nominations, Seyi, the veto-power holder ended up putting her up to save himself.

When asked by Biggie during the diary session the choice of replacement, Seyi said Khafi has been nominated only twice for eviction adding that he wants to test her fate to see if she would escape eviction on Sunday.

Seyi, who got three nominations, heeded Biggie’s advice after he was punished for misusing the veto power of chance badge in July.

The other housemates up for eviction were nominated by fellow housemates. This was the first time in three weeks that this nomination method was adopted.

For the last three evictions, housemates were split into competing groups. First, Icons and Cruisetopia and then, Enigma and Legends.

They were made to compete in tasks and the losing group was put up for possible eviction. However, with the housemates’ number reducing, Biggie reverted to the old order.

On Monday, during the nomination process, Cindy nominated Diane and Seyi, Diane nominated Omashola and Venita; Elozonam nominated Seyi and Mike.

Also, Frodd nominated Omashola and Elozonam, Ike nominated Venita and Khafi, who nominated Elozonam and Venita.

Mercy nominated Omashola and Venita, Mike nominated Frodd and Seyi, Omashola nominated Elozonam and Diane.

Finally, Seyi nominated Mercy and Frodd, Tacha nominated Mercy and Frodd, and Venita nominated Frodd and Khafi.

With five housemates up for possible eviction, housemates with the least number of votes will be booted out of the show during the next eviction show.

Gedoni and Khafi first had s.ex in the house on July 20, and again on July 23.

They performed the act under the sheets as other housemates were dead asleep but this time around, Esther and Frodd watched them as the lovebirds moved their bodies in ecstasy under the duvet.

There are reports that Khafi who works with the UK Police might be sanctioned for not obtaining permission to feature in the show.

The names of the nine housemates that are up for possible eviction from the Big Brother Naija house are Cindy, Elozonam, Enkay, Frodd, Ike, Joe, Khafi, Omoshola and Tacha

Diane however had to use her power to save and replace a Housemate. She saved Sir Dee from the Icon team and replaced him with Joe from the winning team, putting him in the list of those up for Eviction.

After spending one day rehearsing, the housemates finally came together to give their best as they tried to win the task.

The first song of the day was Wizkid’s ‘ Fever’ which was performed by the housemates. At the end of the song, Biggie praised some of the housemates for their excellent performance.

However, some of the housemates got disqualified from the task, for singing the lines that weren’t meant for them. The first housemates to get the red card were Mercy, Khafi, and Sir Dee.

Nelson, Diane and Jeff tried their best but couldn’t make it to the finish line. It became a battle between Seyi and Jackye. At the end of the interesting challenge, Jackye came out tops as the winner of the ‘Know Da Lyrics’ task.

Mike, Tuoyo, Tacha, Seyi, and Frodd have all been nominated for eviction ahead of Sunday eviction night. Mike and Frodd had six nominations each while Seyi and Tuoyo had five nominations and Tacha had four nominations.

Omashola, Jackye, Khafi, Mercy, Ike, Diane, Nelson, Jeff, Ike, Sir Dee, are housemates who escaped being nominated for Eviction by housemates.
