This comes after his brother Peter Okoye announced the release of his new song, which Paul claims he wrote and sang.

Paul said the agreement was that he would bring 6 songs he wrote and sang while his brother Peter does the same. However,  he claims he brought his own songs and his brother went and released one of his songs alone with the support of his management.

Paul called out Peter and also called out his management for letting Peter have the song.

Anita claimed that cheating, separation, being an absent father, fraud, and difficult experiences were her major reasons for seeking a divorce.

She also requested a monthly settlement of $20,000 and a number of her husband’s mansions.

Earlier on, in her divorce petition signed by her lawyer, Ojonimi Akpe and Okutepa J.S at an Abuja High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Maitama, Anita had earlier claimed that she contributed N10 million as an agreement with her husband that she would be granted space at the mall he had just completed in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. However, she accused Paul Okoye of cheating her out of a deal.

The petition reads in part, “That I know as a fact that the petitioner founded a company called TannkCo in 2019. That the petitioner and the respondent agreed to build a mall where TannkCo would have its main offices, and the petitioner contributed N10,000,000.00 (Ten Million Naira) for the purchase of the land and the building of the mall. That I know as a fact that the respondent, upon completion of the mall, reneged on the agreement and failed to give TannkCo a space in the mall.”

However, Anita decided to withdraw the claims and opted to settle following alleged inability to prove all of the claims in her petition to the court.

Consequently, the court in its judgment granted joint custody of the children to the parties.

After almost five years of separation, the twin brothers reconciled in November 2021, to the surprise of their fans.

In an interview with media personality, Joey Akan, published on Tuesday, Rudeboy revealed that the split was caused by family issues and was not music-related.

Rudeboy stated that despite the anger from fans following the split, he kept mute and didn’t say anything because he knew that the issue was family related.

According to him, P-Square was “the sacrifice” that was paid for the family issue.

He said, “I kept silent. I never said anything. I never said anything, because I knew what the problem was. It was a family issue, and it turned out that P-Square had to pay for it. P-Square was just the sacrifice.”

Rudeboy added that due to his love for his family, he does not owe anybody an explanation.

“It was a family issue, it had nothing to do with music. And because I respect family so much, I owe nobody any explanation,” Rudeboy said.

The P-Square twins turn 40 today, Nov. 18. Paul took to Instagram to share a photo of himself and Peter.

In the caption, he wrote: “Happy special birthday to us.”

He then tagged Peter to the birthday post.

Minutes later, Peter did the same thing as he shared the same picture of himself with brother Paul, with the caption ‘it’s our birthday’. He also tagged Paul to the post
