Talent Acquisition Manager at Grand Oak Limited

Purpose of Job

  • Facilitate and implement the recruitment lifecycle (360) end to end to improve efficiency, good candidate experience, and client/hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Carry out research on the talent market and uphold global best practice for identification of creative talent acquisition strategies.
  • Utilizing these standards to strengthen the organization’s employer brands and unique selling point for attracting top talent.

Functionally reports to: HR Director

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leverage on various sourcing channels including job postings/boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals, to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Define a unique selling point for candidates, highlighting the key attributes that makes the organization an employer of choice.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with passive candidates, industry influencers and potential future hires to nurture the talent pipelines.
  • Implement best-in-class recruitment tools and technologies to enhance the hiring workflow, including conducting assessment centers, database management and candidate management.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to implement strategies to attract, engage and retain a diverse pool of candidates for the organization.
  • Analyze recruitment data/analytics to identify potentials biases and barriers in the hiring process and implement corrective measures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree within a related field
  • 5+ years in a similar role and capacity
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle (360) end to end, from requisition to hire
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruiting tools
  • Implement hiring best practices and tracking recruiting metrics
  • Possess strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in candidate assessment techniques, including resume review and interviewing
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate changing hiring needs and market conditions
  • Proactive, consultative, and client service oriented
  • Strong people and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to interact with hiring managers
  • Strong advisory, analytical and research skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Membership of CIPM or other recognized HR institute would be a plus
