Job Description

  • He/She must be able to work under pressure to get things done in accordance with stringent deadlines.
  • As Team Lead, Consulting, you are responsible delivery of consulting assignments and will be required to lead three to five assignments at a time.

Specifically, you will, support the Head, Consulting Services in:

  • Sourcing of consulting business
  • Proposal development and defence of consulting services
  • The planning and execution of the company’s strategic plan
  • Constantly innovating and creating new solutions/accelerators/POVs which maps to the marketplace requirements.
  • Account Management: you will support the Head Consulting Services in
  • achieving overall health of the company’s key accounts – timeliness, quality, customer feedback
  • managing customers at senior leadership levels and their expectations. Growing such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix.
  • Exploring and capitalizing on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients

Qualifications

Education, Qualification and Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in numerate sciences including computer sciences, business administration, accounting, economics, etc.
  • To be successful in this role, you require two or more of the following designations:
    • ITIL4 designations; foundation, managing professional and/or strategic leader stream.
    • PMP and/or PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner
    • CBAP or CCBA
    • Business Continuity Management Practitioner or equivalents
    • Organizational Change Management certification
    • ISO Certifications – 20000-1; 22301; 27001; etc
    • TOGAF 9 Certified
    • COBIT Foundation, COBIT Assessor and/or COBIT Implementer
  • Master’s degree in any business-related field is an advantage.

Additional Information

Skills, Experience and Attributes

  • Three to five years in-depth experience delivering consulting assignments (mainly IT)
  • Three to Five years in-depth experience selling consulting (mainly IT)
  • Creativity and innovation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical reasoning
  • Commercially aware and strong understanding of business environments
  • Strong Microsoft office suites of software – Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
