About the job

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Create and execute tailored account plans and strategies to maximize account growth and revenue.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to promote and sell our suite of healthcare solutions to key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and marketing department to develop and execute targeted demand generation campaigns.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and presentations to address client needs and pain points effectively.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities and track progress.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, emerging opportunities, and threats.
  • Provide valuable market insights to help shape our product development and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales Manager to align account strategies with overall organizational goals.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Product Development and Customer Support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven track record in key account management or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, including its regulatory environment, market dynamics, and challenges.
