Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month
Job Details
- Lead new business development initiatives creating effective routes to market and exceed revenue targets
- Overseeing the success of various marketing initiatives
- Define metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and carry out competitive intelligence gathering sales and marketing strategy analysis
- Working in partnership with the innovative team, develop innovative briefs and guide innovative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications.
- Acquiring of new high value telecoms partners and private sectors through strategic marketing and sales plans
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting, continuously analyse marketing strategies and implement feedback mechanism to optimize performance
- Establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
- Gather clients and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase clients’ engagement, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Maintain an organized CRM database based on telecommunication initiatives
- Plan and coordinate marketing events such as virtual and on-premise tradeshows
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with management team about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
SKILLS:
- Relevant experience in Telecoms industry is required as Technical Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager or Commercial Manager
