Job Responsibilities

  • Identify new projects, customers’ requirements and interact with prospects
  • Online and on-site training on how and where to use products, identifying client problems, and proffering solutions.
  • Continuously increasing market intelligence and updating customer & competitor data, applying the overall sales process aiming to meet and exceed targets
  • Develop and implement specification selling tools based on sector approach
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Hold trainings and presentations
  • Develop and maintain relationships key players in the construction industry
  • meet sales targets
  • carry out daily site visits and site scouting.

Experience 

  • First degree in civil engineering/quantity surveying/building technology/Architecture
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to read technical drawings
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • 2-4 years of sales experience/experience in a similar industry is a plus
