Job Responsibilities
- Identify new projects, customers’ requirements and interact with prospects
- Online and on-site training on how and where to use products, identifying client problems, and proffering solutions.
- Continuously increasing market intelligence and updating customer & competitor data, applying the overall sales process aiming to meet and exceed targets
- Develop and implement specification selling tools based on sector approach
- Identify new business opportunities
- Hold trainings and presentations
- Develop and maintain relationships key players in the construction industry
- meet sales targets
- carry out daily site visits and site scouting.
Experience
- First degree in civil engineering/quantity surveying/building technology/Architecture
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to read technical drawings
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- 2-4 years of sales experience/experience in a similar industry is a plus
