Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the sales and marketing of day-old chicks, vaccines, and other products as assigned by the management
- Liaise with other field associates to encourage the sales of the products and update them on the latest information regarding the products.
- Render technical assistance to product users/ clients.
- To collect and process orders from coverage areas
- Manage stocks level for reordering processes.
- Facilitates invoicing and logistics for delivery of products.
- Facilitate training and product awareness to clients.
- Furnish the NSM and management with relevant market information.
- Generation of reports on the sales and after-sales activities to the management.
- Report directly to NSM and also liaise with the COO.
- Perform any other assignment as may be directed by the management.
- To cover the assigned location
- To assist in new business development plans that can help grow the business
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: DVM
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Executive, Technical Sales Representative, or a similar position in the Sales department
- Excellent understanding of product features and benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours
- Good computer skills
- Demonstrate a professional and approachable behaviour
- Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction.
