Job Objective:
- To be the focal person that will ensure the Commercial dept continues its sales growth in an aggressive manner.
Job Summary:
- Be the hands-on person that will be responsible for understanding the engineering challenges faced by clients and then finding a way to solve them.
- Lead a team of young millennials and Gen Z in a way that sees the company consolidate its growth and open up new markets.
- Must be energetic and have a can-do attitude.
Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chemistry.
- At least 5 years experience in a related Sales/Commercial function within a manufacturing/industrial industry.
- However, candidates with up to 5 to 10 years of experience selling to Cement, Mining, and Construction industries can apply, even if they don’t have the above academic qualification.

Sales and Business Development:
- Proven experience in driving sales growth, identifying new opportunities, and securing new clients within the cement, mining, quarry, and mineral processing industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional networking skills to expand the company’s reach and generate business leads.
Market and Industry Knowledge:
- Broad knowledge base across various topics related to the cement, mining, quarry, and mineral processing industries.
- Understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Negotiation and Closing Skills:
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques and the ability to effectively close business deals.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive profitable sales agreements.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify challenges, and develop effective strategies to overcome them.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
