Job Description
- Preffered candidate must demonstrate hands-on experience in managing a team of technicians by ensuing high quality work while being technically strong in LV components.
- Capable of reading and interpreting allelectrical schematics and experienced in programming and configuring controllers like power meters, synchro controllers, PFC controllers and VFDs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards and timelines.
- Oversee the programming, testing and comissioning of modules within LV panel boards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the assembly process.
- Supervise and improve the skills of the assemly team.
- Provide training and development to team members to enhance their technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in copper works in a panel build.
- Extensive experience in LV panel board configuring and testing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem solving abilities and technical acumen.
