Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Officer located in Lagos.
- The Technical Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and excellent customer service to healthcare providers using the platform on a day-to-day basis.

- Strong Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
