Not more than 48hours ago, a video of strippers dancing in a see through van on Lagos Road went viral and got many people talking on social media.
As of today, we can report that the van of strippers was part of video shoot for Nigerian singer Tekno and according to the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015, this act is punishable under the law with a three years jail time.
On Friday, August 2, 2019, Tekno was seen around the Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge in Lagos, dancing with strippers, spraying them with money and spanking their buttocks.
The section provides that “any person who commits any act of gross indecency with another person in public commits an offence and liable to a conviction to three years imprisonment. an indecent act in a public place makes both parties engaging in the act liable to imprisonment for two years”.
