Duties
- Maintain a detailed database of leads and track interactions using CRM software.
- Nudge members with mDoc Brand through scheduled phone cadence
- Stay updated on our product offerings and industry trends.
- Meet month-over-month patient enrollment targets
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Generate possible business-to-business leads
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales role interacting with customers preferred
- Outbound/inbound call experience is required
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
- University graduates with sales/customer service/retail internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience using CRM software like HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc?
- Comfortable working on weekends.
