Telesales Call Specialist at mDoc Healthcare

Duties

  • Maintain a detailed database of leads and track interactions using CRM software.
  • Nudge members with mDoc Brand through scheduled phone cadence
  • Stay updated on our product offerings and industry trends.
  • Meet month-over-month patient enrollment targets
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Generate possible business-to-business leads

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales role interacting with customers preferred
  • Outbound/inbound call experience is required
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
  • University graduates with sales/customer service/retail internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience using CRM software like HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc?
  • Comfortable working on weekends.
